Delhi Blast: Police Find 'Switch-like Device'

New Delhi, Sep 10 (IANS): The Delhi Police Saturday found a switch-like device that could have been used to trigger the Delhi High Court bomb.

"We have found a device that looks something like a switch," Delhi Police chief B.K. Gupta told reporters.

He said police are verifying whether the attacker used a "timer or a remote" to detonate the bomb.

The police has also asked around 700 hotels in the capital to submit closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of the last ten days.

The commissioner has also written to the railways to adopt various safety measures and monitor CCTV cameras.

A bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court Wednesday killed 13 people and injured more than 90.
