Udupi: Gang creates nuisance in public on New Year night – Case filed

Udupi, Jan 2: Around 12:30 am on December 31, a group of approximately seven to 10 individuals arrived in cars and two-wheelers, driving recklessly on V S Acharya Road between Manipal Syndicate Circle and Coin Circle.

Manipal police station's SI Raghavendra C, who was on patrol duty at the time, witnessed the group screaming and dancing on the road.

The unruly behaviour of the gang not only caused public nuisance but also led to traffic obstruction on the road.

A case has been filed in connection with the incident at the Manipal police station.

    Don't involve politics . In state it will be congress and at center it will be Modi only. BJP in Karnataka are too much corrupt even Modi cannot control them, Regarding such behaviour of gangs is very common, now since it is congress there will be action, But the case will be dissolved with a warning only.

    This is not a new thing... Every time there is a wedding, festival or program, such people create a lot of noise and blast crackers and play loud music even when it is late night after 10pm. Many of the elderly ones are struggling to get proper sleep due to such rowdiness, but these people do not care much about others

    Jossey dattu. it is not new year for Christians. it is just change of calendar. we celebrate only Christmas. New year is just a feast for all people over the world. In India also it is celebrated with equal fun and spirit (bad and good both) by all religion people. Many have the misunderstanding that New year is a feast for us. It is not. For us it is feast of Mamma Mary.
