Kasargod, Jan 5: The new year celebration at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Ukkinadka was celebrated by ICYM Ukkinadka unit on December 31.
On the occasion of new year, ICYM Ukkinadka organized a youth get together at the church premise.
ICYM unit director Fr Sunil Miranda, Parish Pastoral Council vice president and secretary Joyal Monteiro and Sarini Crasta were also present during the programme.
ICYM member Ashwitha Monteiro led the programme. The celebration started with the prayer. Then cutting of the new year cake, included fun games, DJ and grill party. During the time of gathering, the birthdays of ICYM members by cutting the birthday cakes were celebrated. It ended with providing a sumptuous meal.
