Dr CA Raghavendra Rao visits Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji at Udupi Krishna Bhavan

Udupi, Jan 9: In Mangaluru, the pontiff of Shri Puttige Math, Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji, emphasized the merit of dutifully performing tasks, stating that, as mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita, one should focus on the work without expecting the results. When duties are carried out with diligence and faithfulness, the lord appreciates the effort and grants favourable outcomes, he said. Swamiji, who visited Udupi Krishna Bhavan before his Paryayosthava, worshiped Lord Krishna and bestowed blessings upon the deity.

Dr CA Raghavendra Rao, chancellor of Srinivasa University, praised Swamiji and acknowledged that Sri Sugunendratirtha Sripadaru is credited with spreading the Madhva philosophy beyond the borders of the country.

During the visit, a disciple of Puttige pontiff, Sri Sushindratirtha Sripadaru, blessed everyone. Srinivasa University pro-chancellor Dr A Srinivasa Rao, Srinivasa University Board of Governors Trustees member A Vijayalakshmi R Rao, Prof ER Mitra S Rao, Srinivasa University registrar Dr Anil Kumar, development registrar Dr Ajay Kumar, and deans of various institutes of Srinivasa University were present.
