Sullia: College student succumbs to illness

Sullia, Jan 13: Tripti (20), the daughter of Ramachandra Naika and a resident of Ganditadka in Edamangala village, Kadaba taluk, passed away due to illness on January 11. She is survived by her parents and sister.

Tripti was a second-year BCom student at Kukke Subramanya Degree College. She fell ill a few days ago and was initially admitted to a hospital in Puttur.

Later, she was transferred to Mangaluru for advanced treatment. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her illness on Thursday night.
