Mangaluru: Christian Badminton Premier League to be held on Jan 14

Mangaluru, Jan 13: Christian Sports Association is organising Christian Badminton Premier League on January 14 at Father Muller Indoor Stadium.

This is the first time conducting league tournament between the Christian community in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts. A total 6 teams are participating in the tournament namely Roy Rockers owned by Alwyn Pinto, Pais Shuttlers owned by Valerian Pais, Sports Garage owned by Jaison Moras, Red Indians owned by Lavina Pinto, Shuttle Blockers owned by Sunita D'Souza and Stellar Smashers owned by Rohan D'Silva.

Each team has 9 categories and a total 120 players are participating in the tournament.

    This is a great initiative by Christian Sports Association. Thanks to all members involved. This gives a great platform for the youth from Christian community to get into competitive badminton sport. All the best to all teams and players.
