Mangaluru, Jan 22: In observance of the Pranapratishte of Ramlalla in Ayodhya on Monday, January 22, two private buses in city generously provided free services to their passengers.
Private buses, including the 19-number Jeevan Jeeth traveling from State Bank to Bondel and the 13c Golden Travels from State Bank via Panjimogaru to Bondel, extended complimentary service to their customers.
Sandeep, the owner of the 19-number bus, decided to offer free service. Additionally, four friends, including the driver and conductor of the 13c Golden Travels bus, voluntarily chose to provide free service for the day in honour of the Pranapratishte of Ramlalla in Ayodhya.
Jeevan Jeeth, with two buses accommodating 2000 passengers daily, experienced a notable increase in the number of passengers on January 22nd compared to other days. Passengers expressed their gratitude and blessings to the bus conductors and drivers for providing this complimentary service.
Haneef and Manoj, the conductor and driver of the Jeevan Jeeth bus, mentioned that there were no ticket collections from passengers on this particular day, as the owner instructed them to offer free service on January 22nd. The response has been tremendous, with a significant number of passengers traveling throughout the day.
Ganesh and Hemanth, the driver and conductor of the 13c Golden Travels, stated that they voluntarily decided to provide free service as a contribution since they couldn't directly participate in the construction of the Ayodhya temple. The passengers appreciated their gesture, and the duo received blessings for their noble act.
