Incarceration is punishment only for the innocent. For true criminals it's just a protection from their rivals outside and with the cooperation of the concerned authorities they are provided with facilities such as cell phones/chargers/power supply to recharge their cells and Ganja to recharge themselves so that they can continue to operate from jail. It’s a joke to call this punishment.
