Mangaluru: Bike rams into divider on Netravati bridge, rider killed on spot

Mangaluru, Jan 24: A man died on spot in a fatal accident where a bike collided with the divider. The tragic incident occurred late after midnight on Tuesday January 23 the Netravati bridge in NH-66.

The deceased, identified as Suresh (30), was resident of Bagalkote and residing at Kallapu opposite Salafi mosque with his family. He had been working as a mechanic at Royal Enfield showroom in Mangaluru earlier and then had opened his own workshop. After completing work at his workshop, Suresh was on his way back home when the unfortunate incident took place.

Suresh suffered severe head injuries that led to his untimely demise.

Suresh is survived by his parents and sister.
