Puttur: Sexual harassment of minor girl – POCSO case filed against accused

Puttur, Jan 28: Police took into custody a man of Kadaba origin on charges of sexually harassing a minor girl.

Shakir is the accused. It is said that he sexually harassed the minor girl of Puttur origin who had come to watch Kambala sport.

A team of youths gathered in front of Puttur city police station urging the police to handover the culprit to them. However, they were pacified by Arun Kumar Puttila, founder of Puttila Parivar.

A case has been filed in this regard with the city police station.

    salute the Sidda police who promptly arrested the culprit as the Sidda govt does not support minorities or any caste or religion because it works according to the constitution of India....if it was chaddi govt then they used to save the goons of BD and VHP whatever be their crime...Jai Lord Sidda Devaraya...

    Even with Sharia, Thousands of Hindu Girls get Kidnapped, Raped and Forcibly Married in Pakistan. So Sharia wont be of much help. It will only help one community and nothing else.
