Udupi, Feb 2: The new Kannada short film "Atula", produced by Parijata Films has been released on YouTube and is getting huge views on the Internet.

Dr Manoj Godabole has written the story for the film and Ravindra Shetty Tantradi has directed the film. Cinematography has been handled by Rohit Ampar and editing by Dhanush Shetty.

The cast includes Srijanya Shetty Beluru, Chempi Dinesh Acharya, Sujatha Andrade, Sumana R Herle, Shambavi Ka Srikaduru and Tulsi.

The short film won the 'best social message' film award at 2nd Mandya International Short Film Festival, best child actress award at Classy Short Film Festival and best supporting actor award at Classy Short Film Festival.

The short film is also the official entry for MITEE Short Film Festival. Madras Independent Film Festival, Cine Making International Film Festival and has been officially selected for 2023 for Doc. Lift of Film Makers by Global Network.

The short film is produced by Pradeep Shetty Beloor and Shashikumar R Mandarthi. The audio recording and music was done by Aravind Shet U of Kalyani Home Studio.

Vidya Nagaraj Shetty Tattarmakki has provided the space for the shoot. Akshay Kumar Shetty, Sachin S B K, Sandeep Shettigar and Nithish Siddapura have helped in the production.
