Mangalore, Sep 20:
A lecherous man identified as Santosh (21), a resident of Shivajinagara in Venur who used to act in a lewd manner when he saw women walking on the road was finally arrested near Junior College in Belthangady taluk.

Santosh lived among thick bushes where he would give vent to his sexual desires. He used to earlier visit and stay in his relative's house in Sude Mugeru, but later he is said to have started living amid the bushes. He would also steal women's clothes from ladies hostel.

Local rickshaw drivers with the help of a few media persons carried out a raid on the bushes and found women's clothes and condoms. However, local people failed to notice him or locate where he got his food from. His unnatural behaviour seemed to suggest a psychological malfunction, people said.

During police interrogation he said that he was a construction worker and revealed that he stole women's clothes from a ladies hostel. He had acute desire for sex, he added.

Police are investigating the case and trying to determine if he's involved in any inter-state criminal activity.

Good, this time no one suggested for 'maximum punishment', 'hang him in the public' 'stone him' etc.

langoolacharya thinks that people like us motivate him to write to this portal....
I am sure he won't be writing/responding if what we wrote didn't bother him in the first place! Sure enough, he doesn't have anything credible to say. After all, he doesn't care for humans, but only for cows!

This person is desperately in need of counselling and psychiatric help. Even medication may be considered for hormonal balance. Curious to know what the testosterone levels of such individuals could be just from a medical point of view.

Langoolacharya's comments about this person are incongruent with normal response from a person living in the States. It speaks of how lowly one can get in responding to a specific need of a person. I am sure they would not ask you to join the Republicans or Democrats if they found you in the bushes!
On another note, I hope that this person finds the help he requires rather than being ridiculed or jeered at.

Ismail Peringe, Langoolacharya is very close to reality!! If you know some hotel owners in the capitals(take state capital For eg,) they will tell you the flying colors of many politicians...and the story of few politicians we think serving the needy...Halappa could be hardly one among them!!

Mr Langoolachayra is probably right about ‘politico carnal nexus’. Here’s a famous quotation of prez Jimmy Carter that makes him not much different from our Santosh "I’ve looked on many women with lust. I’ve committed adultery in my heart many times. God knows I will do this and forgives me." Jokes on prez Clinton’s escapades still doing the rounds.

He may have a mental problem. But this is very dangerious...such things lead to rape and murder of women and girls. Good job by the police to catch him. Determine if this is mental or pure lust. Treat him if mental and give "treatment" if found to be actual lewd and lust behavior.

This poor fellow is suffering from
serious psychological problems. He may be suffering from "chronic
    hypoactive sexual desire disorder".
Living in the thick forest.... also signals that he may have some mental disorder. He needs help
    from the medical community.

He is 21yrs old and it is but natural he will have high libido and might not have control over it for various reason.. he is better than those crooks who rape women There are lots of medical remedy if investigated well. for god sake dont make fun of him unless we know what is he going through. Such case like santhosh's very rare and I think he need more medical and psychological referral rather than other remedial measure. He is still 21 yrs old and has more life in him that should be convinced to him.
