Mangaluru: Office bearers for Gurupura range group of mosques elected

Mangaluru, Feb 15: What began as the Gurupura range 21 years ago with nine mosques has now expanded into a significant range encompassing 36 mosques. In accordance with current regulations, the Gurupura range is divided into three sections: Malali range, Suralpady range, and Gurupura range. The Gurupura range committee meeting was convened at Darus Salam Mosque Gurupura on Feb 15.

During the meeting, new office bearers were elected. Ismail Ulaibettu was chosen as the president, Mohammed Asif Tarigudde as the vice president, Mustafa Saite as the secretary, Sahul Hameed Metro as the treasurer, Ahmed Bava as the joint secretary, Mustafa Banglagudde as the working secretary, and Abdul Azeez Bhasa and Abdul Rehman were elected as district committee members.

Aboobakkar Malali was appointed as the senior advisor for the three ranges.

The meeting was attended by Mulali range secretary Ibrahim Kukkatte, district committee members Areef Kammaje, Malali treasurer Abbas Nadaje, and others.
