Mangaluru Feb 20: A woman sustained serious injuries after a car collided with her at Moodushedde junction on Tuesday, February 20.
Reports indicate that a minor was behind the wheel of the car. Mamatha, a resident of Moodushedde, was waiting for a bus at the junction when the accident occurred, allegedly due to the minor's negligent driving.
In addition to concerns about road safety, members of the public are calling for the establishment of a fully equipped bus stand at Moodushedde. The absence of a proper bus stand has led to significant inconvenience for passengers, with many forced to wait along the roadside to catch buses.
Authorities from the Panambur traffic police visited the scene to investigate the incident.
