Private bus crew returns lost Rs 4.5 lac worth mangalsutra in Udupi, exemplifies honesty

Udupi, Feb 22: In a commendable display of integrity, crew of a private bus in Udupi returned a mangalsutra valued at Rs 4.5 lac to its rightful owners.

Purandhara and Asif, crew of Reshma Travels operating between Manipal and Mangaluru, discovered the lost mangalsutra in their bus. They immediately secured the valuable item and began efforts to locate its owner. Concurrently, the couple who had misplaced the ornament contacted the bus company. Following an identification process, the mangalsutra was successfully returned to its rightful owners in Manipal.

The public has applauded the honesty exhibited by Purandhara and Asif, praising their exemplary actions.
