Hyderabad: Janardhana Reddy to Continue in Jail as Court Denies Bail Again

Daijiworld Media Network

Hyderabad, Sep 30: Former tourism minister of Karnataka Janardhana Reddy and his brother-in-law Srinivas Reddy, who are in lodged in a jail here for their alleged involvement in illegal mining scam, were once again denied bail on Friday September 30.

Dismissing their bail petitions, a special court also said that the CBI will no more take custody of the Reddys. The CBI had asked for an extension of their custody for further investigation.

The prosecution argued that if granted bail, the Reddys might try to tamper with evidence, hence the court ruled that the two would continue in custody.

Counsel for the accused opposed the CBI's petition seeking their nine-day custody, citing rulings of the Supreme Court in various cases. They pointed out that CBI custody of the accused should be given only in the first 15 days of the arrest.

The Reddys were arrested by the CBI from Bellary on September 5 in connection with the illegal mining in Andhra Pradesh's Anantapur district, after which the agency conducted several raids on their properties and those of their associates.

Thereafter, in Hyderabad, the court sent them to judicial custody till September 19. On September 13 the court rejected bail pleas of the two accused and remanded them in the CBI custody for six days.

The court later extended the judicial custody of the accused till Oct 3. They are currently lodged in Chanchalguda Central Jail in Hyderabad.

Other problem is if he is left from jail again he and his friend eddy may buy leftout MLAS from oppositions as before and destroy democarcy whatever leftover (If anything is leftover). He has thousand thousand of cores to buy MLAS through his agent Yeddy. So best thing to be in jail for these 2 reasons. He & edddy has destroyed the core of ethics,Trust in karnataka politics & introduced instruments of betrayal and corruption .Shameless Speaker of the state is dancing on their finger tips.He can buy anybody at anymoment !!

JANARDHAN REDDY SHOULD BE KEPT IN JAIL AND SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN BAIL WHATSOVER THE MATTER MAY BE. HE WILL DISTROY EVIDENCE IF HE IS LET OUT BY BAIL. HE IS THE MAN OF YEDDY AND YEDDY WILL PROTECT HIM AT ANY COST TO DISTROY EVIDENCE.

YEDDY ALSO DID THE SAME THING WHEN CBI RAIDED HIS SON-IN-LAWS HOUSE. YEDDY GOT THE NEWS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN CBI RAIDED, THEY FOUND NO EVIDENCE. THIS YEDDY OPENLY HAD SAID. SO CBI SHOULD NOT ALLOW THIS CULPRIT OUT OF THE HOOK OR ONCE THIS BIG FISH GETS OUT IT VERY DIFFICULT TO TAKE HIM INTO CUSTODY ONCE AGAIN. THE CBI SHOULD TAKE JANARDHAN REDDY'S PASSPORT SO THAT HE WILL NOT FLEE THE COUNTRY. HE MAY DO SO ALSO DUE TO SUPPORT OF YEDDY.

I think Reddy's big mistake is, he tried to give bribe to God. All corrupt politician and officer one thing u have to understand God never ask gold and money.
God wants only love and peace
U can give cold and money which is from hard earning money. Not looted money. Now see all result is in front of u.
God will never ask how much u gave me.
In front of God giving one Rs. and 100 crores both are same.
So pls. dear corrupt politician - corrupt officer don't. try to cheat God.
After some time ur family only suffer.
If u have lot of money just spend for public, make beautiful Public Park – all the rich and poor people can enjoy.

Attach all their properties, bank accounts (both local and overseas), lockers, helicopters, cars, gold utensils etc. They have to pay up for all the illegal mining ore looted from Karnataka. Investigate all their accomplices including Yeddurappa, Sushma and Gadkari.

Don't worry Janardhana Reddy...Eddy will also join you shortly if not enough...K.Reddy, Ramulu,Halappa,Raghavendra, and lot of in laws .......but we don't know where you might be permanently in AP(Chanchalaguda) or Parapana Agrahara......Most of the big leaders of BJP Karnataka and perhaps two three leaders from Central BJP might land in jail along with J.Reddy......wait for some time.....Court did exactly what it suppose to do and that brings more trust in the eyes of Civilian society towards judiciary....
