Fuel Prices Go Up in Pakistan


Islamabad, Oct 1 (IANS): Fuel prices went up in Pakistan Saturday, authorities said.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority announced an up-to-five-percent rise in petroleum products with immediate effect, reported Geo News Saturday.

Petrol price has been hiked from Rs.84.80 per litre to Rs.88.95 per litre. Diesel price went up to Rs.94.16 per litre from an earlier Rs.92.65.

Prices of Light Diesel Oil (LDO) and kerosene remained unchanged at Rs.83.52 per litre and Rs 86.82 per litre, respectively.
