Be Ready to Form Alternate Government, Sushma to BJP Meet

New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sushma Swaraj Saturday asked the party to be "prepared to form an alternate government" as the present UPA government was not expected to last its full term.

Addressing party leaders on the second day of its national executive meeting, she said BJP should be ready for a mid-term poll.

"This government will not last long, and being the principal opposition party, it is our responsibly to be ready for this challenge," Sushma Swaraj was quoted as saying by party leader Arun Jaitley.

"We must learn from Congress's mistakes and maintain a clean image and unity in the party, keeping allies together," she said. "This is how we will fulfill our duty as an opposition and also be prepared for an alternate government."

Senior leader L.K. Advani, meanwhile, said: "Government is in a suicidal mode. We don't need to disturb it."

The two-day national executive meet of the Bharatiya Janata Party started here Friday.

    Dear Sushma Swaraj:

    You have been utterly defeated by a foreigner, because people did not find honesty in you. You supposedly received crores of rupees from Reddy's and supported them inspite of their highly corrupt earnings. Advani wanted to be a PM against Manamohan Singh but utterly defeated. Congress is a clean government and there may be few corrupt but such people are removed from the UPA government. You do not talk about highly corrupt Yeddyurappa, also, Advani and Nittin Gadkari.

    You people are joining hands with Anna Hazare to fight against corrupton when BJP RSS and Bhajrang are known for corruption. People can understand your values. You hate minorities and back wards, and specially Christians. Attacking churches and damaging and attacking.

    It is still on ever since BJP came to power in Karnataka and Gujarat and elsewhere. Even Supreme Court Judges are corrupt. I support Congress not because they are clean but they do not interfere with the religion. Long live Congress, they are not counting days but they will rule India again and make it a prosperous Nation. Wait and see for the next election.

    SUSHMA DON'T BE SO DESPERATE TO GRAB POWER. WAIT TILL 2014. EVEN THAT TIME BJP WILL NOT WIN. SO DON'T BE SO LUST FOR POWER. IN BJP THERE ARE TEN PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO BE PM AND ADVANI IS NOW ALSO THE FRONT RUNNER WITH MODI.

    SUSHMA EVERONE KNOWS YOU ARE ALSO IN THE RACE. SO FAR NOTHING HAS HAPPEND AND UPA IS DOING VERY WELL. SO HOW THIS CAME TO YOUR MIND BE READY TO FORM AN ALTERNATE GOVERNMENT, BJP IS JUST WAITING FOR THIS WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

    SUSHMA DON'T DREAM ABOUT THIS. FIRST SEE HOW MANY OF YOUR BJP MINISTERS ARE IN JAILS AND STILL WAITING TO GO TO JAIL. EVEN SUSHMA YOU WILL BE IN JAIL WITH JAITLEY, NAIDU AND GADKARI VERY SOON AS JANARDHAN REDDY HAS OPENLY TOLD CBI YOU ALL 4 WERE THE BENEFICIARIES IN THE LOOTED MINES. SO SUSHMA BE READY TO GO TO JAIL AND FORGET ABOUT BECOMIG THE PM.
