Mangalore: 'Xetam Merrer' Transports Audience on Musical Journey

Mangalore, Oct 2: Konkani organization Mandd Sobhann's musical show 'Xetam Merrer' brought the evening alive with its rich music and performance. The show was staged as part of the 118th monthly theater at Kalaangann on Sunday October 2.

'Xetam Merrer' is a musical journey created by Roshan D'Souza Angelore. Lyrics were by Lloyd Austin Rego, Roshan, and Lloyd. Adolf Jayathilak and Lavita Lobo were the lead musicians along with Prakash D'Souza, Robin Sequeira, Ashwat Rasquinha, Ivan Pereira, Priya Menezes, Zeena Pereira, Richard Monteiro, and Roshan D'Souza.

Songs Tu Zaay Maka, Thand Thand Varya, Xetam Merrer, Nilya Gaganar, Gayge Kugule, Ye Raja and others enchanted the audience.

Enjoyment was rife in the air as Titus Noronha added a delightful dose of humour to the evening with his lively anecdotes.

Members of Naach Sobhann had the audience swing along to some upbeat numbers.
