New Delhi, Mar 29: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a reward of Rs 20 lacs for providing information on the suspects of the Bengaluru cafe blast case.
The NIA has announced a reward of Rs 10 lac each for information on Musaavir Shazib and Abdul Matheen Ahmed Taha. The former had allegedly planted the improvised explosive device in The Rameshwaram Cafe and the latter had allegedly conspired in the case. Both of them are already wanted in a 2020 terrorism case.
People having information on the suspects can contact the agency through e-mail on info.blr.nia@gov.in. The NIA also said that the identity of the informer will be kept secret.
On March 28, the NIA had arrested Muzammil Shareef, one of the co-conspirators in the case after the agency had conducted search operations at 18 locations, including 12 in Karnataka, five in Tamil Nadu and 1 in Uttar Pradesh.
The accused had provided logistical support to the other accused individuals involved in the case, the NIA had said.
