Mangaluru, Apr 3: Sindhura from Ullal Mogaveera town has been selected to participate in the 'World Science Scholar' festival scheduled to take place from May 29 to June 2 in New York, America.
A total of 52 young scientists from 22 countries will be participating in the festival, with 15-year-old Sindhura representing India.
The inventions of 33 young scientists from 19 countries have been recognized in the international competition. Sindhura's invention, 'Artificial Intelligence Model CB Flow’, has been selected. This model calculates the age of a person's brain and predicts the likelihood of developing neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia and Alzheimer's.
Sindhura, currently pursuing SSLC, expresses her intention to address technological and scientific challenges as a scientist. She had secured the first place in the competition organized by 'Nurtureport Youth-2023 Prague Czech Republic' and the 'European Mathematical Society’, as well as a bronze medal in the 'Campello' mathematics championship earlier.
