Arjun Rampal to Debut on Small Screen


New Delhi, Oct 10 (IANS): Arjun Rampal is set to join the small screen soon. The Bollywood actor Monday announced that he is in talks with Star World for a new show.

"Will be doing a show on Star World. Will send more details as and when we confirm what it will be called, will send the promo link shortly," Arjun posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

A source from the channel told IANS: "They are in talks for a really unique show. But neither the format, nor the title of the show has been locked. Nothing has been finalised on that front yet."

The model-turned-actor is currently busy promoting his upcoming Diwali release, "RA.One", in which he plays the villain. His look in the movie was unveiled by superstar Rajinikanth in Chennai Monday.

"So much been happening, working round the clock, today Rajni sir unveiled the first look of RA.1 the character...super excited. In Chennai," Arjun tweeted.

The Shah Rukh Khan production, which has a cameo by Rajinikanth, and a brief voiceover by megastar Amitabh Bachchan, will release Oct 26.
