Kundapur, Apr 27: A tragic accident occurred on Saturday, April 27, at Guddeangadi, between Bidkalkatte and Hunsemakki, resulting in the death of a woman and critical injuries to five others traveling in an Innova car.

The car, traveling at high speed, lost control, striking a tree stump before colliding with a tree and veering off the road.

The six passengers, residents of Channapatna, were en route from Dharmasthala to Murudeshwar after dining at a hotel in Bidkalkatte.

    The route is single road with dual carriage way and extremely curve, with many of the curves having blind spots. Specially during night times, it is very hard to expect if there is any traffic coming from any of the directions.

    RIP departed soul; wishes to the injured for a speedy and complete recovery! Tire bursts are pretty common in such 🌵desert like heat wave conditions; also the high tendency to fall asleep after a heavy meal! But, it's very ironic that so many such tragic accidents wherein entire families get wiped out occur when devotees are either headed to or going back after visiting some holy place! Please note that this is a very personal opinion based on my keen observation; kindly do not believe in anybody's personal opinion, do your own research and analysis!! 🙏🙏

    Simply madness... knowing this stretch of road very well, and looking at the condition of the vehicle, I can imagine the speed at which this vehicle was driven....that too an Toyota Innova.
