Bengaluru, Apr 29: MP Prajwal Revanna has been suspended from the Janata Dal (S) party amidst allegations of a sex scandal. Former CM H D Kumaraswamy confirmed that the decision to suspend Prajwal was made yesterday.
Protests demanding the arrest of Prajwal Revanna, who is allegedly in possession of a pen drive, have erupted across the state, including in Hassan and Hubballi. Protestors express outrage, asserting, "He is not human, not deserving of his lineage. Deve Gowda's grandson should not be spared," demanding Prajwal's immediate arrest.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has commenced its inquiry into the sexual assault allegations against Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, triggering widespread outcry across the state. Headed by SIT chief B K Singh, the team will investigate the case based on the FIR registered in Holenarasipur. Meanwhile, Prajwal Revanna has reportedly fled abroad amidst the SIT investigation.
