Regarding the hijacked flight, the pilot of the flight somehow could managed to land the flight in Indian soil convincing the hijackers, since there was not much fuel left in the aircraft to make it to Kandahar. The flight was in Amrithsar for more than 1 hr. Nothing was done to storm the flight nor was that refueled. The Punjab State force was all set to storm the flight but the NDA stopped them from doing so as they wanted the commandos from Delhi to do the job. Since there was no activity going around the flight the terrorists forced the pilot to take off & if it was not Lahore airport the flight would have been crash landed just across the border of India. Also it was the UAE government which could managed to release women children in exchange for fuel.

Overall the then NDA government failed miserably to handle that air hijack. Consequently they had no way out but to submit to the demands of the terrorists. If they acted wisely when there was enough time most probably that would have been a different story.

What about the responsible media’s response especially electronic media during that time. How many of them showed patriotism then . Even during 26/11 media ditched the country by telcasting live the military ops. And many of them got padmavibhusan for what for playing power brokers..
Who ever have done this to bhushan are not heros either. If they were so patriotic, y they were silent against arundati roy and other activist who have expressed similar view. Regarding coming back to power, who wants congras to come back. If People wants Congress to come ,congress will come, if people wants narendra modi to come as pm . he will come. Congress’s only chance is that there is no credible opposition. Last time congress came because of this. All wanted to become prime ministers. Bahanji, amma, lalu, pawar, prakash karat, advani. All were there. More over when people were worried about economic situation of the world bjp’s priority were building ram temple.

Prashant Bhushan is only an ordinary member of team anna advocate. He does not have the support of the masses. He shot in to fame just because of being the member of team Anna. He should not have used the stature thus gained to express his opinion on kashmir. He should not have inferred support of the masses against corruption for kashmir issue also.

The time is too early for referendum now as kashmir belongs to pandits also who were driven out of their home land. That henpecked Nehru did the first blunder by taking this issue to the UN.Later he sent an incompetent person to represent us in Un. Third we should not have given special status to kashmir. After spending so much of tax payers money, we should first remove the special status like what china is doing in Tibet. Pakis will never be satisfied with kashmir alone, after that they will ask Punjab, Hyderabad. Is it practical do the same in all the states like telugana,tamilnadu etc.Those kasmiris are also fools because what pakisthan wants is kashmir not kasmiris. Those who migrated to Pakistan are considered second rated and called mojahirs. Morover it’s a failed state and no body can save it now.

Prashant Bhushan being a responsible activist raised a voice for ‘A general vote by the electorate on a single political question that has been referred to them for a direct decision’ a so called ‘referendum’. The 30% of the tax payers money is used for armed forces where major chunk is spend on the Jammu and Kashmir state. Let India know what the people want there and let them join Pakistan or India or be a ‘special administrative region’ same like Hong Kong and China. Thus the Pakistan infiltration will be reduced, crores of rupees will be saved to develop the rest part of India. The Rama Sene people are only fit to carry ‘blessed Bricks’ up to Ayodhya and wait for the Big Old Monkey (Advani)to wag his tail to Build Ram Mandir.
The History will never forget what the BJP did in Kandahar by releasing the terrorist who was caught by our brave Army Jawans and the Police. When they in power they had no date to discuss for Jammu and Kashmir and for Ram mandir.Once they lost election, they remembered that the agenda was Ram Mandir and not the coffins for the Kargil soldiers.
