If Congress loses in DK, its just because of such activities by a certain faction. We are all expected to support this as a morally right and blame it on inflation. Its just giving fodder to teh BJP.

The Gold will be confiscated . Once the culprits sentence is over, he will be offered to pay the 'duty and penalties' as per law to take back the Gold with him within a certain date. If he refuses , he will have to sign an undertaking, then the Gold will be auctioned after a time frame.

Absurd!! No prizes for guessing. Name with held. Also smuggled gold 'found in his body'. I think this place in the 'body' is pledged for these activities at the time of birth. Time to play the victim card and blame economy or Modi as usual.
