Puttur, May 11: Congress leader and Tamil labour leader Shivakumar (50), a resident of Kaudicchar, tragically passed away in a road accident that occurred in Khanapur, Belagavi, on Friday, May 10.
Shivakumar had travelled to Belagavi for some work when the bike he was riding collided with a road divider, resulting in serious injuries that led to his untimely death.
Throughout his career, Shivakumar held various positions within the Congress party.
He is survived by his wife, son, and two daughters.
