Mangaluru, May 25: Ampere's Nexus E-scooter made its debut at Ishva Motors, an outlet of Ampere electric two-wheelers in Bejai, on Saturday, May 25th.
Actor Aravind Bolar, Managing Director of Daijiworld Media, Walter Nandalike, and actress Gaana Bhat unveiled the sleek and stylish two-wheeler.
Addressing the audience, Aravind Bolar remarked, "The brand-new Nexus offers a range of up to 136 km on a single charge, eliminating the need for spending money on petrol. However, it is important to remember to charge the battery. This vehicle is particularly well-suited for youngsters."
Walter Nandalike praised Sambasiva Rao, emphasizing his humility in the business sector. He highlighted the trust customers have in the Sun Premium brand, which has seamlessly extended to the Nexus, with 15 customers already booking the vehicle before its official launch.
Nandalike also cautioned parents against providing vehicles to children under 18, citing the severe consequences. "Fines can amount to up to Rs 25,000, and the individual cannot apply for a license until the age of 25. Parents may even face imprisonment for such offenses. It's imperative to ensure that youngsters ride two-wheelers safely with helmets," he advised.
Actress Gaana Bhat endorsed the Ampere Nexus E-scooter as the ideal choice for those aspiring to own a two-wheeler.
The Ampere Nexus E-scooter boasts a range of up to 136 km on a full charge, achieved within 3.5 hours.
Sambasiva Rao, owner of Sri Anagha Refineries, along with Venkat Phani and Naga Venkat Shiv, directors of Sri Anagha Refineries, were present.
