Udupi: Tourist bus narrowly avoids major accident after skidding on bridge

Udupi, May 27: A tourist bus skidded on the bridge after experiencing a technical issue on KG Road, Uppor, along the Udupi-Kundapura national highway.

The bus, traveling from Udupi to Kundapur, encountered the problem while crossing the Uppor bridge.

The vehicle's steering wheel locked, causing the driver to lose control, resulting in the bus skidding on the bridge.

The incident caused severe damage to the safety wall of the bridge. According to sources, a person who was fishing beneath the bridge sustained minor injuries.
