Mangaluru: Vipasana Training programme held at Ladyhill victoria High School

Mangaluru, Jun 1: Vipasana with overall dimensions of health has its connection with school curriculum for enhancing education sector as it has posiive impact on all the aspects of human health.

The training began with the prayer. Sparsha introduced and welcomed the guest trainer.

Vipasana training was conducted for the Ladyhill Victoria high school students in the school auditorium. Fr Prakash Lobo, OFM Cap, a renowned vipasana trainer conducted the sessions for the students.

A deep meditation programme where in students were taught to meditate - A way to harmonious life by seeking concentration ,purification and peace of mind.

The session concluded with the words of gratitude proposed by Kanisha.
