Mangaluru, Jun 4: Deputy Commissioner and district electoral officer Mullai Mugilan MP administered the oath to BJP candidate Captain Brijesh Chowta, extending best wishes for his campaign here on Tuesday, June 4.







The event saw the presence of election observer Akanksha Ranjan, deputy collector Dr G Santhosh Kumar, zilla panchayat CEO Dr Anand K, Puttur sub-divisional officer Zubin Mohapatra, probationary IAS officer P Shravan Kumar, and other officials.
