Mangaluru, Jun 5: The high court issued a restraining order against the case filed against Sharan Pumpwell, co-convenor of VHP for posting messages on social media about performing namaz on the road.

Arun Shyam argued for Sharan.

A case under Section 153(A), 506 of the IPC was registered against Sharan at Mangaluru CEN police station.
