Bengaluru: Newly-elected MP Capt Brijesh Chowta meets B S Yediyurappa before leaving to Delhi

Bengaluru, Jun 7: MPs of BJP are called to Delhi by BJP high command immediately after the Lok Sabha elections were declared. MP of Dakshina Kannada Capt Brijesh Chowta also travelled to Delhi.

Before leaving for Delhi, Chowta met state BJP leader B Y Vijayendra at his residence in the city and congratulated him for successful handling of Lok Sabha elections in Karnataka. Later, he visited the residence of former CM B S Yediyurappa and sought his guidance. He also visited Jagannatha Bhavana, the state BJP working office and then proceeded to Delhi.

According to information Chowta will return to Mangaluru after partaking in the oath taking ceremony of Narendra Modi who is elected unanimously as leader of NDA.
