Udupi, Jun 8: An edible oil tanker overturned in Santhekatte after the driver lost control while navigating an under-construction underpass area.
The incident, came to light on Saturday, June 8 morning.
The mishap is suspected to have taken place after the tanker driver mistakenly drove onto a closed service road leading from Udupi to Kundapur.
The road conditions, worsened by sludge, caused the vehicle to lose control, ultimately toppling over into the under-construction underpass site.
