Mangaluru, Jun 22: Ladyhill Victoria High School celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21 with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event commenced with a soulful prayer song, setting a serene tone for the day, followed by a warm welcome speech.

The chief guest for the occasion was teacher Kavitha. principal Sr Ujwala AC addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of yoga. She eloquently spoke about yoga's role in promoting physical and mental well-being, highlighting its ability to reduce stress and enhance overall health.

A key highlight of the event was the students' impressive showcase of rhythmic yoga and various yoga asanas. Through their graceful and coordinated displays, they demonstrated the versatility and profound benefits of yoga practices.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Himani, acknowledging the efforts of all participants and organizers. Veena B K skillfully compered the event, ensuring its smooth flow.
