Udupi: MP Kota Srinivas Poojary meets Gadkari over Santhekatte-Kallianpur-Indrali NH work

Daijiworld Media Network - New Delhi

New Delhi, Jun 26: Despite the tender period having ended, issues such as the underpass at Santhekatte-Kallianpur, the overbridge at Indrali, delays in land acquisition at Malpe, and the halted national highway work from Tanikodu Gate to SK Border in Udupi district need urgent resolution. Udupi-Chikkamagaluru’s newly elected Lok Sabha member, Kota Srinivas Poojary, met Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in Delhi to submit this request.

Minister Gadkari, upon receiving the request, issued immediate orders to the authorities concerned to complete the work as soon as possible without further delay.

Gadkari assured Lok Sabha member Kota Srinivas Poojary that all the projects would be inaugurated by December.

Union minister V Somanna, MP B Y Raghavendra, Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar, and others were present along with MP Kota Srinivas Poojari during this meeting.

This kind of work-related politics is much more productive than discussions about superstition, religion, caste, and spreading hatred. Well done! We wish to see more development work and the generation of job opportunities for locals. We also hope to see Tulu language included in the 8th schedule of the constitution.

what is the connection between job opportunities , development etc, with Tulu being included in Schedule ... the two are unrelated and separate issues ... as you rightly said focus to be on development work and job opportunities for locals than on religion, dividing people and hatred based on religion/language etc. Keep praying for tulu, your prayers will be answered ...

Dear MP Sir, please displày the underpass plan near the construction site, and total amount spent on this project. Recently there was protest from local leaders to make proper service road from Ashirvad to santekatte. Is there any update about this.
