I am surprised to see, that Dr. Muzaffar Assadi's (Professor, Mysore University) name is not included in the list. His book "Karnatakadalli Identity Politics" has won the Karnataka Sahitya Academy award and also got Human Rights Millenium Award. He is from Shirva Manchakal, Udupi District and working for farmers rights in Karnataka. If you search in Google, you can find his many articles and information about him. He is also writing articles to news papers & magazines.
