Mangalore, Oct 30: Deputy commissioner Channappa Gowda informed through a release that senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former deputy Prime Minister L K Advani will visit the city as part of his 'Jan Chetna' Rath Yatra on Monday October 31.

Advani will arrive in a special flight from Bangalore and land at Bajpe airport where he will address a press conference at 10 am. He will then take part in a stage programme at Nehru Maidan at 11 am and travel in the ‘ratha’ from Mangalore via national highway towards Mulky where he would participate in a programme. From there he would proceed to Hejamadi, Udupi and participate in several programmes.

Prior to Mangalore visit, Advani is slated to enter Karnataka on Sunday October 30 and address a public gathering in Bangalore.

Traffic Diversions

For the smooth flow of Advani’s rath yatra and to avoid any traffic issues, some of the routes in the city will be slightly diverted on Monday October 31.

From Bajpe airport till Circuit House junction the movement of vehicles of any sort will be banned. From circuit house-KPT-Nantoor-Shivabagh-Agnes-Horticulture-Balmatta-Ambedkar Circle- Hampankatta upto A B Shetty Circle vehicle movement has been restricted on both sides of the roads.

From A B Shetty circle-Hampankatta-Bavutagudda road-Dr Ambedkar Circle-Balmatta-Horticulture-St Agnes-Shivabagh-Nantoor-KPT-Kuntikana-Kottara till NH 66 vehicular movements on both sides are prohibited.

From Kottara till Mulky too the vehicle movements are restricted.

People who come to attend the programme at Nehru Maidan can park their vehicles near Old Kent road, Mangaladevi road, near post office and Rosario road.

Advani's yatra, with an agenda of mobilising public opinion against corruption, also comes at a time when four former BJP ministers, including former CM B S Yeddyurappa, are in judicial custody following their arrest on charges of corruption.

Former minister S N Krishnaiah Shetty, who has been named as an accused along with Yeddyurappa in a land scam case, is behind bars. Another former minister Katta Subramanya Naidu, who is currently undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital, is under judicial custody in a land scam case. Janardhana Reddy is lodged in a jail in Andhra Pradesh for his role in illegal mining. Besides, home minister R Ashok and industries minister Murugesh Nirani are facing probe in land scams.

Referring to corruption charges against party leaders in Karnataka, Advani had on Friday said that there was "no soft corner" in the party for any kind of corruption.

Defacing the towns and cities for political and religious purposes should come to a stop. The authorities should not allow putting up of arches, flags, posters, garlands and erecting stages, pandals in the public places to venerate this kind of occasions. Such events terrorises the daily travelling commuters, school/college going students, office going employees, senior-citizens, women & children. The playgrounds are dug, the traffic on the roads is diverted and the whole city is defaced. This is nothing but another type of terrorism that should come to an end.
Let the political parties and religious organisations use private maidans on the outskirt of the town/city for such occasions and any type of procession on any roads should not be permitted. There are some occasions when the volunteers of these organisations block the flow of traffic on the national and state highways that is a mob frenzy criminal act.

    Rightly said IMRAN.
BJP Ho ya CONGRESS all are same, They are rival in politics but they are close friends in behind the screen, they have got mutual understanding " You save me, I will save you"
They have looted our country since Independence.

In the earlier years, politics was a voluntary social service.
Now for the ticket, the candidate pay crores to the political party, spends crores for the election campaign with a guarantee that, he can get back the amount he has invested by bribes and corruption.
Its purely a profession now. As Doctors children becomes Doctors, Engineers children becomes Engineers, Politicians children becomes Politicians. Only the God can save our country.

Ms.SUSHMA HAS BEEN TO TIHAR YESTERDAY TO RESERVE HER ROOM VERY NEAR TO THAT OF REDDY BROTHERS WHOM SHE HAS BEEN PROTECTING AFTER COLLECTING GOOD COMMISSION !NARENDRA MODI TO BE CHARGESHEETED .WILL HE LAND IN TIHAR IN THE ROOM WHICH WAS RESERVED FOR PROMOD MAHAJAN WHO STARTED ‘2 G SCAM ?”

What an idea! Advaniji, Congrats for your excellent timing To start your Campaign Against corruption by BJP leaders?“Well begun is half done” , as they say!

“Well begun is half done” , we must also say because that certainly holds true for Advaniji’s “Pleasure trip “ to draw attention to the rampant corruption by BJP leaders as he started his journey the same day when -
    * BJP has been caught red handed -
For bribing scribes for positive coverage!

*The First Chief Minister in South India of BJP
Mr.B.S.Yeddyurappa has been arrested by -
    LOK AYUKTHA for corruption!!

BJP MLA, Y Sampangi on Oct 28 was sent to jail.Continuing the list, Home Minister, R Ashoka Irani has also been booked in land denotification case. SN Krishnaiah Setty, who was named as a co-accused with Yeddyurappa is also behind bar. Another former BJP minister, Katta Subramanya Naidu is also in judicial custody.

Mr. NARENDRA MODI refused to launch the yatra because –
    * He was afraid that any time the Gujarat High Court, will take up the petition filed by the wife of slain former minister Haren Pandya – A BJP LEADER ! -seeking reinvestigation into his killing, after the Narendra Modi government virtually rejected her plea for a fresh probe into the case and order the arrest of Mr.MODI !
*He was afraid of the biting criticism by the national and global media as “THIS MODEL STATE”OF BHARATIYA JANTA PARTY DID NOT HAVE A LOK PAL - IS MR.HAZARE LISTENING ? – FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS ! (SEE HOW THIS “CLEAN AND MODEL “ C.M. IS WREAKING HIS REVENGE ON HONEST AND EFFICIENT SENIOR IPS OFFICERS WHO GAVE EVIDENCE AGAINST HIS NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES ,IN THE APEX COURT ! BJP OFCOURSE SUPPORTS MR.HAZARE WHILE PERSECUTING SUCH HONEST “WHISTLE BLOWERS” ?)
So he insisted to shift the launch venue of the yatra from Gujarat . The guy is very sm IN HIS YATRA TO REVEAL INTERNAL CORRUPTION art to anticipate such eventualities !
But my surprise is - WHY RSS HAD INITIALLY INTERVENED TO BLOCK THE YATRA OF MR.ADVANI IN HIS YATRA TO REVEAL INTERNAL CORRUPTION AND PROJECT MR.MODI AS NEXT PM - WHEN THRE IS THE PROSPECT OF HIS ARREST WHILE IN OFFICE , MR.MODI BEING A CULPRIT IN SERIOUS CRIMINAL CASES AND SUPPORT MR.ADVANI !
BUT ,ADVANIJI ALSO IS FACING FROM UPA THE THREAT OF BEING ARRESTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :

 DEMOLITION OF BABRI MAS JID
 CULPABLE HOMICIDE AMOUNTING TO MURDER IN THE RIOTS TRIGGERED BY HIS EARLIER RATH YATHRA FOR RAM TEMPLE ( NOW HE HAS IGNORED IT AS HE IS NOW FIGHTING FOR “ADVANI POWER TEMPLE“ )

The leaders those who are doing wrong only make lould voice. Those who are non corrupt, they always keep low profile. Any way this is democracy we need the patries of right wing as well as left wing. In western contries also there is parties of right wing as well as left wing. Both are good in looting our country and state for many years, so there is no use of this program either by BJP or Congress. If BJP really needs to rid off the corruption in this country then why don’t they fight as an opposition leader of parliament, why don’t they threat the ruling government through their power as an chief of opposition or as a watch dog of the parliament.
Neither BJP gonna protest against corruption nor Congress, they were eating public money, now also doing the same and they will act same in future too…!! We the people can find the solution but not the politician, new corruption free political party should come to existence and I hope that will be an final solution.
