Udupi, Jul 20: A shocking and inhumane incident has come to light in Shirva, a town in Kaup taluk of Udupi district.
A man was seen dragging a dog with his two-wheeler, an act that has sparked widespread outrage among the public.
The individual involved in this despicable act attached a chain to the dog's neck and then tied the other end to the seat of his scooter. He then dragged the dog for a considerable distance through Shirva town, causing severe distress to the animal.
Eyewitnesses reported the incident, condemning the man's heinous actions and expressing their outrage over the cruelty displayed. The public is calling for stringent action against the perpetrator to prevent such incidents in the future.
