New Delhi, Nov 3 (Media Release) : Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party and Member, National Integration Council has made an effective and highly scientific formulation for the formation of initial Telangana Govt. before going for next Assembly polls. He has proposed that the first government should be installed having representatives of those political parties having representation in the Assembly in the ratio of their strength. This is the stage when Telangana government should devote time and energy for the reconstruction and restructuring of the new state.

The Panthers Party further elaborated that the first pre-Assembly election Telangana government may be led under the leadership of 97-year-old freedom fighter Acharya Konda Laxman Bapuji who shall be acceptable to all political groups and parties. On the question of Civil Secretariats of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, NPP Chief suggested that both the state capitals can co-exist in the historic city of Hyderabad.

Prof. Bhim Singh in his letter to the Prime Minister has urged PM’s earliest intervention to resolve one of the oldest political conflicts in the South. He pointed out that 100% public opinion from the farms to the universities stand in support of Telangana Statehood. He further pointed out that all the political parties including the Congress and BJP have been supporting this move.

The Panthers Party Chairman while addressing the freedom fighters, political and non-political groups under the leadership of Acharya Konda Laxman Bapuji at Jantar Mantar this morning, reiterated his proposal to the Prime Minister which he said enjoyed universal support from all walks of life in Telangana.
