Bantwal, Jul 25: Reports indicate a rise in immoral activities at the Kalenjimale reserve forest near here.
A young man brought a young woman to the forest on his bike. As news of their presence spread, many locals began searching for them in the forest. When people gathered, it is said that the couple escaped in a half-naked state, leaving their clothes and bike at the spot.
The police, informed by the public, arrived at the scene and confiscated the bike, the girl's bag, tablets, contraceptives, and footwear.
