Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School to organise ‘LCS SMASHFEST 2024’

Mangaluru, Jul 25: Lourdes Central School is all set to host the AICS Shuttle Badminton Tournament LCS SMASHFEST 2024 on July 27, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the LCS Indoor Stadium.

This tournament is for the CBSE and ICSE schools of the Dakshina Kannada district.

Nearly 96 teams from 33 schools, competing in the under-14 and under-17 age groups, will participate in ths tournament.

Fr Robert D'Souza, former principal, and parish priest of St Antony Church, Allipade, will inaugurate the tournament, which will be presided over by Dr J B Saldanha, manager of Lourdes Central School.
