Dubai, Nov 8: Financial world is in turmoil. Investors, world over have seen their wealth being destroyed and savers are confronted by a dearth of promising investment avenues, with low returns and high risk threatening their future financial security. In such an environment, what does an investor do? What asset classes does he choose and when? To answer these and many other questions, Kanara Entrepreneurs Ltd. (KEL) has organised a session on ‘Financial Planning – How to adapt to changing times’ covering the entire gamut of asset classes in relation to one’s risk profile and stage in the life cycle.

Registration is free for all KEL members and their spouses (valid membership as on date) and open to all other individuals on a first-come-first-serve basis against a registration fee of AED 100/= (spouses attend free).


Norbert Morris Shenoy is the Managing Director of Arunanjali Securities in India – financial consultancy and brokerage firm dealing on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange in India. 

He is a Director of Deca FZE, UAE and Paradise Stone Exporting Co. Pvt. Ltd in Mangalore. 

Earlier Shenoy served as a senior officer in Reserve Bank of India for 25 years in various capacities including deputation with NABARD.  He holds a masters degree in Financial Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai.

    Equity market is very exciting and sometimes lucrative, if you know how to play the game. Don't play the game unless you know the rules and regulations. If you want to check your luck, this is not the field. (You can buy a Lotto}.
