Mangaluru: Four arrested for trying to molest woman in pub

Mangaluru, Aug 6: Four accused have been arrested by Pandeshwara police for attempting to molest a young woman in a pub.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Vinay (33), Mahesh (27), Pritesh (34), and Nitesh (33), all from Puttur.

The incident reportedly took place in a pub located within a mall in Pandeshwara, Mangaluru, where the accused allegedly attempted to molest and harass the young woman.

The victim, who had come to the pub with a friend, stated in her complaint that the men harassed her, used abusive language, and even attempted to assault her with a beer bottle.

    In all such and other cases the accused are arrested and released. So this gives more scope to the accused to commit more offences knowing our law.
