Dubai, Nov 17: Come December 2 and the Sharjah Wanderer's Sports Club will be transformed into a wholesome family entertainment destination. Family Fiesta is synonymous to usher in the spirit of Christmas, highlighting Christmas Jamboree and the arrival of Santa and the excitement, fun and frolic.
This annual event organized by Mangalore Konkans Dubai will kick off at 10 am on Friday December 2. James Mendonca, honorary president of Mangalore Konkans Dubai has promised a day filled with music, fun and entertainment for everyone. From kids to elders, there are activities for everyone. Like in the past, kids would have gala time at the Kids Corner with bouncy castle, face painting and several other games. Elders can shake a leg to the well-known music band from Goa ‘The Big City Band’ and show off their muscles and skills with the Tug of War to enthrall young adults. A Unique Hat Contest to select the best and most creative hat will thrill the audience and the participants alike.
The Novelty dance and On the Spot Dance Contest would boost the spirit of dance lovers to tap their feet to the beat of non-stop music and they will also have an opportunity to win exciting prizes. The big name, Rainbow Steakhouse will cater a 4-course buffet lunch to savour the taste buds of the young and old. To sum up, the ambience, the scenic beauty and the environment of Sharjah Wanderers Sports Club has always mesmerised thousands of folks and children in particular, in the past and this year too, it is a promise. This unique programme will be compered by another popular name, Errol Goveas.
