Daijiworld Media Network – Kadaba (MS)

Kadaba, Sep 5: The fifth additional district and sessions court has rejected the bail application of Abin, a native of Mallapura, Kerala, who is accused of an acid attack on three girl students from Kadaba college.

During the bail hearing, the prosecution submitted medical certificates indicating that the victims are still undergoing treatment. The lawyer representing the victims argued that granting bail to the accused could pose a serious threat to the safety of the girls. Considering the gravity of the situation, the court denied bail to Abin. Public prosecutor Jayanti K Bhat represented the prosecution.

Abin allegedly threw acid on the three students of Kadaba government pu college on March 4.
