Supreme Court Not to Meddle in Fuel Pricing


New Delhi, Nov 18 (IANS): The Supreme Court Friday declined to entertain a plea seeking its intervention in deciding petroleum prices.

A bench headed by Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia said the petroleum prices came under the administered pricing regime and were a matter of government policy and that courts could not interfere with it.
