Udupi, Sep 13: Moodlakatte College of Nursing (MCN) celebrated the Onam festival with great enthusiasm in college premises on Friday ,September 13.

The celebration was inaugurated with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Prof Jennifer Freeda Menezes, principal, marking the beginning of the event.

The celebration featured traditional Onam dances, drum performances, festive attire, and flower rangoli, all of which captivated the attendees. The students actively participated, dancing and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

Sincy welcomed the gathering and the vote of thanks was proposed by Asif. Teska and Nithya were the masters of ceremony. The significance of the event was conveyed in various languages by Sheril Sara, Celina, and Gayathri.

Vice principal Roopashree K S, director of IMJ Brand Building Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, principal of IMJISC College Dr Pratibha M Patil, college staff and students were present for the celebration.
