Mangaluru, Sep 18: On September 14, St Agnes School (CBSE) celebrated Rashtriya Hindi Divas, honoring the richness of the Hindi language and culture. The day was marked by enthusiasm, with active participation from both students and teachers, making it a memorable occasion. The event began with a prayer service conducted via intercom, led by students who invoked divine blessings, followed by a brief discussion on the significance of Hindi Divas.

A range of creative activities was held for different grades, each designed to deepen appreciation for the language. Grade I students enthusiastically coloured words alongside corresponding images, while Grade II students recited poems using various props. Grade III students creatively represented Hindi letters as a tree, and Grade IV students composed original poems. Grade V engaged in slogan writing, whereas grade VI students showcased their talents by dressing as renowned Hindi poets. Grade VII took the initiative to decorate the notice board, and grade VIII captivated their audience with a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak performance.

Through captivating endeavours, the school artfully nurtured a profound sense of pride and reverence for Hindi, honouring its rich heritage and importance in a lively and impactful way.
