Dubai: USWAS Gears Up for 'Shirva Festha Sambhram-2012'

Dubai, Nov 23: USWAS, an association of Shirva parishioners residing in the UAE is setting the stage for its Shirva Festha Sambhram-2012 on February 10, 2012 at the Al Masah Ball Room of Sheraton Deira, Dubai from 11 am onwards.

USWAS will hold a grand celebration of its 10th anniversary in the year 2012.   "Shirva Festha Sambhram-2012" marks the beginning of the decennial year celebration of USWAS. The proceedings of this event will be used for the various welfare projects taken up by USWAS for its decennial year. 

USWAS, which came into existence at the fag end of December 2002, and has over 200 members at present, is driven by the motto, ‘Lend a hand not for self, but for each other’. It has been providing financial assistance to the needy for various purposes like education of financially backward children, medical aid, house construction, marriages of poor couples and such other purposes of the community of Shirva and surrounding efficiently through the generous help from its sponsors and well-wishers. St Mary’s Post Graduation College Shirva Project was well supported by USWAS during current year.

An overwhelming response from the parishioners as well as members and well-wishers of the community, USWAS has planned a fun-filled day of variety entertainment for those who wish to be a part of 'Festha Sambhram-2012'.
 
A lavish buffet lunch along with entertaining music, dance and spot games will fill the day with enjoyment. Shirva Fest is the only feast where relatives and friends come together.

Managing committee of USWAS invites all the parishioners, well-wishers and friends through this forum for the event. Limited invitations are available and can be obtained from the following persons or any of the committee members of USWAS.  Invitations will not be available at the venue.
